Na'Taki Osborne Jelks Oral History Audio: Involement with WAWA

Founded in 1995, the West Atlanta Watershed Alliance (WAWA) works diligently to combat and resolve environmental injustices surrounding the community’s natural resources. WAWA is also committed to educate the Atlanta community about the importance of conserving its natural resources. Since it was granted stewardship over the Bush Mountain Forest, WAWA has been at the forefront of conserving some of Georgia’s eldest wildlife and dedicates its mission to the restoration and beautification of West Atlanta.
